Permissible Use of Intelligence
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to utilize AsiaMetric Echelon's proprietary business metrics for internal strategic planning only. We operate on a principle of rigorous data integrity; therefore, any systematic scraping, automated extraction, or unauthorized redistribution of our benchmark tiers is strictly prohibited.
Access to the "Performance Echelon" dashboard is contingent upon the provision of accurate corporate identification. We reserve the right to terminate access if discrepancies are found in your organization’s reporting profile or if the platform is used to facilitate anti-competitive practices.
Prohibited Conduct Includes:
- Decompilation of our proprietary ranking algorithms or weighting logic.
- Circumvention of geographic or tier-based access controls.
- Publication of proprietary analytics without explicit written consent.
Intellectual Property & Ownership
All content hosted on AsiaMetricEchelon.digital—including but not limited to the Tier-Ranking system, the Echelon Scoring Model, and our localized market insights—is the exclusive property of AsiaMetric Echelon. These assets are protected by Vietnamese copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties.

Governance & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from the use of our corporate performance services shall be resolved through the competent courts in Hanoi. By using this site, you waive any right to object to this jurisdiction. AsiaMetric Echelon operates under a "fair-use for research" baseline, but reserves the right to modify services without prior notification to protect the integrity of our benchmark tiers.
